Peter Sharp & Brenda Tye: 10 Years of Printmaking
For the past decade, Sydney based artist Peter Sharp has drawn upon the creative partnership he has with Brenda Tye, specialist in printing, to go beyond the realms of conventional printing and painting.
My last media project with my wonderful group mates. Conveniently enough, it’s the first thing I’ve been proud enough of to show publicly.

Anjali House
Anjali House is an NGO in Cambodia, providing education for nearly 80 underprivileged kids in the local area in Siem Reap. They run English, Khmer, and computer classes, as well as art/music workshops. It’s fantastic. You recognise kids selling trinkets on the street being able to just… be kids.

That day at the pagoda was the day I first met those kids. I couldn’t stay to see the show, but I heard the kids were (appropriately) stoked to see their work up on a big screen, in front of a big audience.

news from siem reap
This morning one of our little 7 year old boys Sophearot from our kindy class died after eating a poisonous toad, which he thought was a frog. He is the youngest child in the attached photo.
It rained here last night, so the starving go out and catch frogs, crickets, vermin whatever they can to eat. Approximately 7 children ate toads and 3 are still seriously ill in hospital. One of them is his older brother, but they are expecting all to pull through. Sophearot died early morning, the youngest of four beautiful but skinny boys.Info

I thought you were silent. And I thought you left me for the wreckage and the waste on an empty beach of faith. Was it true? Cause I got a question - Where are you?
